The US Energy Department posts on the Energy Information Agency (EIA) many statistics including millions of barrels per day of gasoline produced. I have include a link which at the bottom, has tables and graphs of the gasoline produced. The "finished gasoline" is the total production, and is currently 8.923 million bbls/day in the latest week. A barrel is equal to 42 gallons. See related links.
Petroleum Answer: Gasoline may be obtained by the fractionation and distillation of crude oil or from the condensate associated with natural gas production. Coal can be turned into gasoline by the collection of off gases in the coking process. In all of the above cases the final gasoline product is more than just the result od separation from the raw material. Gasoline is blended from a wide range of hydrocarbons which include cyclic compounds as well as straight chain molecules
On average, a gallon of gasoline contains around 0.6-2% benzene by volume, which is roughly 0.05-0.15 gallons or 0.2-0.6 liters of benzene per gallon of gasoline. Benzene is a naturally occurring component of crude oil and is present in small amounts in gasoline.
In the US it is sold by the US gallon, in the rest of the world by the liter. US gallon = 3.8 liters. Both are volumes.
Oil is by far the largest, the US produces about 5 Million barrels each day, while importing twice as much (10.5 Million barrels). The last oil consumption survey found that Americans use about 21 million barrels a day. In 2006, Americans produced 18,491 billion ft^3 of Natural Gas, while consuming 21,860 billion ft^3. As for coal, US produced 1,133 million tons of coal while consuming 1,130 million tons. In short, we consume much more than we produce.
Soda does not have any amounts of carbon monoxide. It has carbon dioxide dissolved in it, but no carbon monoxide.
Major gasoline companies like ExxonMobil, Chevron, and Phillips 66 produce gasoline in the United States. Gasoline sold at their branded stations is typically produced domestically, although some components may be imported. Independent gas stations may also source their gasoline from local refineries in the U.S.

yes
About 19.6 gallons of gasoline is produced from one 42-gallon barrel of crude oil.
oil
Crude oil, by heating it and distilling the vapour produced.
Gasoline can generate roughly 20K BTU/lbm. There are 6 lbm per US gallon.
In 2009, the US national average cost of one gallon of regular gasoline was $2.35
In Connecticut regular gasoline is going for $2.71 per US gallon today.
