When new crust is made what happens to the old crust?

When new crust is made, like at a spreading center, old crust must be destroyed, like at a subduction zone, where it is brought back into the inner earth and melted and recycled through.

Water carbon and nitrogen are released back into the atmosphere during what?

Water vapor is released back into the atmosphere through the process of evaporation. Carbon is released back into the atmosphere through the process of respiration and combustion. Nitrogen is released back into the atmosphere through the process of nitrogen fixation by bacteria.

What are the disadvantages about hydrogen?

Hydrogen is very flammable and can easily explode. Look back the Hindenburg blimp that used hydrogen. Hydrogen burns very cleanly leaving just water vapor of a byproduct. Using Hydrogen as a fuel for cars sounds great except that you need to make it by splitting water into Hydrogen and Oxygen. That uses up as much energy as the burning of Hydrogen releases. In use as a fuel for cars, you can imagine the explosion when a hydrogen tank bursts and ignites.

What happens the the p wave when they strike the inner core?

When the P wave strikes the inner core it bends and goes in a different direction.

How do weather balloons work to gather atmospheric data?

Weather balloons work by carrying instruments called radiosondes that measure various atmospheric parameters such as temperature, humidity, and pressure as they ascend through the atmosphere. The balloons are filled with helium or hydrogen gas, which causes them to rise and reach high altitudes where the data can be collected and transmitted back to the ground station.

What ions accumulate in the outer compartment of the mitochondria during electron transport phosphorylation?

Protons (H+) accumulate in the outer compartment of the mitochondria during electron transport phosphorylation. This forms an electrochemical gradient that drives ATP synthesis as protons flow back into the mitochondrial matrix through ATP synthase.

How do the hydrogen ions diffuse back?

Hydrogen ions diffuse back through the ATP synthase protein complex located on the inner mitochondrial membrane. This process harnesses the energy from the electrochemical gradient to produce ATP.

Where is the 1987 BMW 635csi ecu dme relay located?

there is a relay on the inner fender the ecu is in the back of the glove compartment

Can you get hydrogen back if you burn it?

Yes. When you burn hydrogen the product is water. If you pass an electric current through that water you can split it back into hydrogen and oxygen.

Hydrogen ion movement and atp formation?

During cellular respiration, hydrogen ions are moved across the inner mitochondrial membrane through the electron transport chain. This movement creates an electrochemical gradient that drives ATP synthesis through ATP synthase. The flow of hydrogen ions back through ATP synthase powers the phosphorylation of ADP to ATP.

When hydrogen ions are pumped from the mitochondrial matrix across the inner membrane and into the intermembrane space the result is?

Hydrogen ions are pumped through the membrane in the final stage of ATP generation in the electron transport chain. The ions pumped through the membrane create a gradient and cause the hydrogen to "want" to pass back through the membrane. They do so through the protein channels in the membrane and attaches a phosphate to adenosine diphosphate to make adenosine triphosphate.

Where is the jack on a 2005 Chevy Suburban?

its in the left hand side compartment. you have to take out the cup/storage compartment. if you go through the back its the one in the middle on the top. and you have to use the tools and the ignition key to let the tire down.

Can the fuel pump on a 1996 Toyota Camry 4cyl be accessed through a back seat compartment or does the tank have to be dropped?

fuel tank has to be dropped

Is hydrogen power renewable?

Yes. Hydrogen is collected from water in a proses called electrolysis, (we have a lot of water) in electrolysis an electrical current is sent through the water and the hydrogen (negative ions) is sent towards the negative wire. the hydrogen is sent through a protonic stage membrane fuel cell stack where the hydrogen electrons are split from the atomic nuclei and powers what ever needs doing. The electrons bond back with the rest of the atom and then come back out of the fuel cell, bond with oxygen to change back to H2O.

How to get to BMW 330i relay behind glove compartment?

Open the glove compartment. There is a fuse box in the back.

How do you get the storage compartment cover off of your 2001 Intruder?

By storage compartment I will assume you are referring to the tool compartment on the left side of the bike, below the seat. This is the only storage compartment on my 2001 suzuki intruder.Using the same key that turns on your engine or takes off your gas cap, unlock the storage compartment. Using your left hand, grasp the cover on the lower left side and lift outward (toward you) and up. Notice the fuel line which runs from the gas tank and goes through a cutout in the storage compartment cover. This will need to be put back into place when replacing the cover. With the outer cover now off, you will see a black, inner cover. This inner cover is held on in three places. There are two tabs on the bottom of the cover that fit snugly into pre-cut holes and there is a tab on the top of the cover. Using a finger, pull up and out on the top tab gently. You will feel it lightly snap open. Then pull the cover towards you. The two tabs on the bottom of the cover will come easily out.Just do not forget to route the gas line properly when putting it all back together.

How can you make water from hydrogen hydrogen from water?

Yes. You cannot get water from hydrogen alone. You need oxygen. Since oxygen is a part of the atmosphere, simply burning hydrogen in air will give you water vapor. Passing an electric current through water will split it back into hydrogen and oxygen.
