You don't have to do anything to it, unless your car actually won't move. Then you might need snow chains for your tires, or a shovel. Snow tires help, but aren't worth getting just for the winter. It will also help to have plenty of wiper fluid, because snowy roads means a lot of salt and other chemicals spraying onto your windshield. There are winter wiper blades as well, and these may be worth the investment if you're spending a cold winter somewhere.

There are techniques to winter driving, but just go slow to start off with and you'll learn if you haven't driven in much before.
