You dont need the instructions its atomic, just push the button on the back under zone until it beeps and look on front bottom right corner next to the seconds in the time for a triangle popinting up with lines like ((( ))) over top point oftriangle, it wil be flashing while looking for signal, it might take a few trys , I got it on the third try and moved clock to window seal. You alsoset the time zone for correct time to be right. That will get the date and time and temp but you willhave to play with it for alarm and temp alarm range and the sky condition etc..... I hope that helped, I could notfind the manual either and Igotmine to work while searching for it.
