Homogenous Mixture- is a mixture that can't be identified easily
Heterogenous Mixture- is a mixture whose composition can easily be identified since there are 2 or more phase present
So I can say that chlorophyll is not heterogenous mixture, because if it is mix in the water for example many people cant identified it easily.

∙ 12y agoNo, chlorine gas is a pure substance, not a mixture. A heterogeneous mixture consists of different substances that are visually distinguishable, while a pure substance, like chlorine gas, is uniform throughout.

∙ 12y agoNo. Chlorine gas is an element, and so a pure substance.

∙ 10y agoNeither. Chloroform is a pure compound.
No, chlorine gas is not a homogeneous mixture. It is a pure substance composed of chlorine molecules.
A mixture of chlorine gas and air is a homogeneous mixture because the components are uniformly distributed, while a mixture of oil and water is a heterogeneous mixture because the components do not uniformly mix and form separate layers due to their different chemical properties. Additionally, chlorine gas and air are both gases, while oil and water are liquids.
Chlorine is a substance. It is a chemical element with the symbol Cl and atomic number 17.
Silicon is an element, not a mixture. It is a solid metalloid that is commonly found in nature in its pure form.
Chlorine gas is heavier than oxygen. Chlorine gas has a molar mass of 70.9 g/mol, while oxygen has a molar mass of 32 g/mol. This difference in molar mass causes chlorine gas to be heavier and therefore it will tend to sink below oxygen in a mixture.

Neither... It's an element. Chlorine is number 17 on the periodic table, and a mixture is a combination of 2 or more elements or compounds. Example: NaCl is Sodium and Chlorine combined to make a compound. I'm sure there are tons of different mixtures that contain chlorine, though.

homogeneous because it is a mixture that is mixed evenly throughout
No, argon gas is a pure substance and not a heterogeneous mixture. A heterogeneous mixture contains different substances that are visibly distinguishable, whereas argon gas is composed of only argon atoms.
Neither. Helium is not a mixture at all, it is a pure substance.

A flower is a heterogeneous mixture.
A type of mixture in which different materials are spread out unevenly is known as a heterogeneous mixture. It is a combination of substances with no uniform composition or properties.
This is a mixture solid-liquid or solid-gas.
