Yes,falling water is renewable, either if you are talking about waterfalls or rain.Because both of them are formed due to the evaporation of the water bodies and their condensation in the atmosphere and their falling to th earth's surface,and this process is renewable as it never stops beacuase of the sun which evaporates water surfaces.
