If you mean harmful, Iridium is considered to be of low toxicity.

However, in powder form it can be considered an irritant.

And yet again, Iridium is extremely nonreactive, chemically.

There isn't a whole lot of data on iridium toxicity, but as far as is known, no, it's not poisonous. Bulk iridium is very nonreactive and iridium compounds are usually insoluble, so it's difficult to actually get any of it into the body (this is partly why there's not much data on it; another part is that iridium is extremely rare).

Finely divided iridium powder is somewhat more reactive (even to the point of being flammable) and is a skin irritant, but this is true of a lot of normally innocuous metals (nickel, for example).
