Literally, no. The various elements of the Periodic Table, in their purest form, contain no carbon. Helium, for example, contains no carbon. A block of pure lead has no carbon.

Yes, although the hydroxyapatite that gives bones their strength is not a carbon compound, the osteocytes (bone cells) and marrow contain carbon.
