last time that it snowed in merced where it was measurable snow was back in 1998. Since then there has been some occasional flurries and traces of snow in recent years. It can snow if conditions are right, and with global warming like it is, it could snow again.

The last time it snowed in Merced was around 2006. I've lived here since the early 70's and it's snows consistently about once every ten years. It has nothing to do with global warming. Weather is cyclical.
