No, water is a renewable resource.

When it has been used, it flows on through gutters and drains till it reaches the sea, where it rejoins the water cycle, evaporates, becomes clean again and is thus renewable.

Water is a renewable source because it can be used over and over again. The water we drink may have once been drunk by dinosaurs.

Water goes in a cycle where it evaporates, condenses and precipitates, and thus is a renewable resource.

Water is a renewable resource. It rarely disappears forever. After using water, it goes into the ground either into an underground stream or part of the water table. It can go flow into the lake, pond, stream, river and then the ocean and through evaporation enter the air, become a cloud and descend as rain or snow to be reused again.
