Not in this timeline, no. But in an alternate timeline there was actually a category 5 hurricane that swept through the Pacific region and made landfall as far as Wyoming before spinning out. It actually happened this year and was at the height of its destructive power on December 19th, 2021. But since we are in an alternative timeline, we only felt an echo of that destruction through the loss of individuals who leave a deep hole in the world. I'm not sure which timeline I would rather be a part of, but I guess I didn't have a choice.

So anyway, the answer to your question is no. There hasn't been and isn't forecasted to be a hurricane called Travis anytime in the future unless we have a season so bad they have to cycle through the whole alphabet and greek alphabet twice. Not likely, but I guess anything is possible.

The name Travis does not appear on any list of hurricane names so it is unlikely. The only way this could happen if a hurricane with a male name beginning in T causes enough damage to have its name retired from use. It will then be replace for subsequent seasons, but even then the name might not be Travis.

This is unlikely, however, since only six seasons in Atlantic hurricane history have been known to have enough storms to get to the letter T.
