Yes is did snow in 1989 here in Jacksonville, North Carolina. I have lived in my house since that years and have pictures of my children playing in the snow. It was actually a couple of feet deep in my yard. It snowed around Christmas, but if someone could give me that exact date, I'd be so happy. Thanks.
