1. Destructive plate boundaries. The oceanic crust is heavy and the continental crust is not heavy so sometines the oceanic crust sinks to the mantle and the magma chamber beneath.

2. This procedure has created extra lava in the mantle. This magma (lava) must come out somewhere this is where volcano's come into it.

3. After a while too much magma builds up this causes volcanic eruptions.

4. You will hear grumbling and ash will be released before an eruption.

5. During the eruption lava will shoot out of the volcano and volcanic rock. Pyroclastic clouds may come out of a violent volcano.

6. Steam gas and dust are dispersed out of the volcano lava will run down the sides. The thickness of the lava changes the shape of it, runny lava will make a flat volcano and thick lava will make your typical cone shaped volcano.

Sorry there are only 6 steps here :)

There are 3 different types of volcanoes:

-Dormant = Has not erupted for a very long time-sleeping volcano

-Active = Erupting all the time

-Extinct = Will never erupt again.

Hope this helps!:)x

What other geologic event could take place?

Another geologic event that could take place is a volcanic eruption, where molten rock, ash, and gases are expelled from a volcano onto the Earth's surface. This event can lead to the formation of new landforms and potentially pose risks to nearby communities due to lava flows, ash fall, and volcanic gases.

Where do movements of the earth's crust usually take place?

Movements of the Earth's crust usually take place along plate boundaries, where tectonic plates interact. These interactions can result in events such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and the formation of mountain ranges.

Where does most geologic activity take place on Earth?

Most geologic activity on Earth takes place along tectonic plate boundaries, where plates move and interact, leading to events like earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and mountain building.

How long does a volcano erupt for?

Volcanoes erupt until their lava is gone or until the pressure beneath the volcano is released. There is no way of knowing ahead of time how long that will take. Some volcanoes blow up once and never again, and then there's Kilauea volcano in Hawaii, which has been erupting since 1983.

What is One step in a series of steps that take place in a chemical change?

A possible step in a chemical change process is the breaking of chemical bonds in reactant molecules to form intermediate species. This step is often followed by the rearrangement of atoms to form new bonds and ultimately the creation of one or more products.

What should animals do during volcanic eruption?

During a volcanic eruption, animals should try to find shelter in a safe location away from the volcanic activity. They should seek higher ground if possible to avoid potential lava flows or flooding caused by the eruption. It is important for animals to stay away from toxic gases and ash clouds, which can be harmful to their health.
