∙ 13y agoIt depends on if you are measuring by mass or by moles.
The human body is estimated to be over 65% water (H2O) by varying estimates.
Hydrogen is also part of every "hydrocarbon" in the body. However, it is also the lightest of the elements.
So, in moles, your top 3 elements would be: Hydrogen, Oxygen, and Carbon.
However, in mass they are reversed as: Oxygen, Carbon, and Hydrogen.

There are many gases in the atmosphere. The two most common gases found in the atmosphere however, are nitrogen and oxygen.
Nitrogen and oxygen, respectively, are the two most abundant gases in the earth's atmosphere.
Nitrogen and Oxygen
The most abundant is nitrogen at 78% followed by oxygen at 21%
78% of Nitrogen and 21% of Oxygen
The two most abundant elements in a main sequenced star are Hydrogen(H) and Helium(He).
Ionized hydrogen and helium are the most abundant chemical elements in nebulae.

The two most abundant elements in the Earth's crust are: Oxygen (46.1%/461,000ppm), and Silicon (28.2%/282,000ppm).
Hydrogen and helium are the most abundant elements in stars.
Oxygen and silicon are the two most abundant elements found in the most common minerals. The most common minerals found on Earth are silicates.
