In simple terms, storms can be caused by the meeting of very cold air with very warm air.
A storm originates when a low pressure system is surrounded by a high pressure system. Small areas of low pressure can form from hot air rising off hot ground. Hot air will rise, an when the hot air collides with cold air, the hot air is forced up over the colder, drier air.
Now - when the warmer air is displaced upwards, it causes surface air pressure to drop, which creates something of a vacuum effect where the two air masses meet. Cold air then rushes in to fill the area of lower air pressure, and this in turn forces more warm air upwards. This starts a cycle of cold air rushing in, pushing the warm air upwards. It is this very turbulence that causes the storm.
As the sun beats down on the ocean water some of it evaporates. As this happens the air becomes saturated with water vapor. When that saturated air comes in contact with a cold front the hot saturated air cools. This condenses the water vapor into droplets and in turn creates a storm.
Storms dont have much to them. It is simply when moisture piles up in the atmoshpehere causing the condesed moisture to fall. Hurricanes are more complex and would take to long to explain so i will give you the basics. Hurricanes are tropical systems that form from storm that move into warm waters (80 degrees or higher) with high moisture and low wiind shear. If it continues with those conditions it will strengthen. Some other details are that it is always a low pressure area and that it has to have convection. As it strengthens hurricanes form a clear column of air in the center called an eye. All the clouds rotate around that. As it gets stronger it tightens becoming more organized. These are all the basic steps in a hurricane.
Storms are caused by colliding air masses.
How are storms caused
Sand storms, heavy winds
The four types of weather conditions are tornados, hurricanes, winter storms, and thunderstorms. When severe, each of these storms can caused a good deal of damage.
Thunderstorms can vary in size depending on the size of the air masses that caused it. Some storms can be a mile wide or even wider.
For tropical storms, the Coriolis effect causes the rotation of the storm because of the rotational force of the Earth relative to the position on the storm. This force makes an equilibrium with the pressure gradient force caused by low-pressure in storms. In the Northern Hemisphere, this causes storms to rotate clock-wise; in the Souther Hemisphere, this causes storms to rotate counter-clockwise. Wind Direction
they are caused by frequent rain, heavy thunderstorms and snow melt they can also occur when storms blow on shore and pile ocean water against the coast.

i think storms are made caused by the movment of the earth and the things around it but mostly i think its god making them happen
Wind.
Storms are caused by the collision of air masses that have different temperatures and humidities.
tornados

They blame each other for the floods and storms. Both of them are right, they both caused the storms because they were always fighting.
Erosion caused by hurricanes can leave coasts more exposed to storms.
saturns storms are caused by all of the tiny particles floating around in space
Pollution on the thames can be caused by the storms that caused 600,00 tonnes of untreated sewage into the thames.

Monsoon is caused by massive build ups in water in the clouds. These also generate thunder and lightning storms. One of the best places to find these storms are the summers in Pheonix, Arizona.
