The core of the earth is made of Nickel/Iron and it is very hot. If you could see it it would be glowing white hot like Iron in a blast furnace, you would not be able to see its colour in reflected light.
However, we do know what colour it would be when cooled because some meteorites that hit the earth are pieces of the core of planet like bodies (with Nickel/Iron cores). These formed and were then broken apart by collisions during the formation of the solar system. These Nickel/Iron meteorites are silvery grey in colour when cut open to show a fresh surface.
