There could be so many clouds on a day on it could still not rain for the next few weeks, even though clouds are basically rain this does not mean it is about to rain on a certain day, you could check the weather forecast but they are wrong a lot, there is no real way of knowing it will rain, life's just like that. Sometimes you just can't predict it.
