Is hassium is metal or nonmetal?

Hassium is a synthetic element that is a metal. It is highly radioactive and has no known biological functions.

How much cost for 1 grams of hassium?

Sorry, you can't get it. It isn't a naturally occurring element and as such must be synthesized. The synthesis process only makes a few atoms at a time and due to the short half life. If you were to somehow get some you would only have a matter of seconds with it before it decayed into something completely different. Additionally, it is REALLY radioactive which is bad for your health :(

How is hassium reactive?

Hassium is extremely reactive due to its high atomic number, which results in a large number of protons in its nucleus. This instability causes it to readily react with a variety of other elements in order to achieve a more stable configuration. However, due to its short half-life and limited availability, it is not commonly encountered in nature.

How many valence electrons has hassium?

Hassium is a synthetic element with the symbol Hs and atomic number 108.The isotope 265108Hs was the first known synthesized of all, that one has 265 (mass) - 108 (protons) = 157 neutronsIt is just one of the many possible but very unstable isotopes

What are facts about hassium?

Isotope 270 of Hassium, discovered by an international team of scientists led by the Technical University of Munich in December 2006, is a doubly magic isotope with an unusually long half-life of 22 seconds. The existence of such relatively stable heavy isotopes had already been theoretically predicted, with some theories suggesting Hassium-270 may form part of an island of stability
