It appears so that, there are not two identical Objects producing force exactly identical, since they are not located at the same Location at the very same time.I call it locality effect.By accepting this as a fact, all forces are unequal.
Forces will not oppose but make Subject(even if that subject is a force producer) to perform accordingly,in all possible forms and direction.
I would say for every action there is an outcome.
Above statement is just personal suggestion and not a law.
Actually, forces that are equal in size but opposite in direction are called balanced forces. Unbalanced forces are forces that are not equal in size and/or opposite in direction, resulting in a change in an object's motion.
Forces always occur in equal and opposite directions, under Equilibrium Conditions.
It happens when 1 force is having larger magnituge and the other is less in magnitude ........ and then the forces does not balance each other Take the example of weight and tension of a body connected by string . weight and tension are always opposite in the direction if the weight is suppose 12 newton and tension is 10 newton , then same thing will happen , they can't balance each other ...... as the strength of weight is more than tension
Equal means the forces are of equal magnitude. And they act exactly in opposite directions. Then certainly the resultant effect will be zero. So we say that the forces are set in balanced condition. Hence balanced.
When two forces are equal in size but opposite in direction, they create a balanced force because they cancel each other out. This means that the forces do not result in any change in the object's motion, resulting in a state of equilibrium. As a result, the object will remain at rest or continue moving at a constant velocity.
Forces are not always equal and opposite. This question needs to be rewritten.
They are called COUPLE.if forces on an object are equal and opposite...

balanced forces
When equal forces act on an object in opposite directions, they create a state of balance known as equilibrium. This means that the object will not accelerate in any particular direction, but remain stationary or move at a constant velocity.

i will think.
