An earthquake!!
When an oceanic plate pushes against another plate, the denser oceanic plate is usually forced underneath the other plate in a process called subduction. This can create deep ocean trenches, volcanic arcs, and earthquakes along the boundary between the plates.
Volcanoes don't help plate tectonics; volcanoes are the result of plate tectonics.
plate tectonics=D
Plate tectonics cause earth tremors through the movement of tectonic plates. When these plates shift and grind against each other, it can create stress along faults in the Earth's crust. This stress is eventually released in the form of an earthquake, resulting in earth tremors.
When plate tectonics shift, it can lead to earthquakes, volcanic activity, and the creation of mountain ranges. Shifts in the plates can also affect the distribution of continents and oceans over long periods of time.

an earthquake
the plates grind up against each other sending sending shock waves
But plate tectonics is the theory which suggests that the Earth's crust is made up of solid plates moving relative to each other. Plate tectonics and the plate tectonics theory aren't really two separate things. However plates are pieces of the Earth's crust which are moving.

There are plate tectonics in earth and when they move, earth quakes happens. Sometimes the plate tectonics can move a continent. This is called the continental drift. Earth quakes can make volcanoes explode, tsunamis happen, and continents break. For example: The continent Pangaea. Because of the plate tectonics that caused earthquakes, tsunamis, and continents braking apart, the Pangaea broke up in to more continents and the continents broke into even more. That is why there are 7 continents in the world now. Earth quakes don't cause all these. Plate tectonics does. Plate tectonics makes earth quakes. Then, other horrible stuff happens.

2000 years ago, when the two plate tectonics pushed up against each other and made mount Stromboli

yes it represets plate tectonics
