In a more worldly sense, they contribute to greenhouse gases by the emission of methane.

On a more personal level though, they can be dangerous when they are protecting a calf or are not used to humans, or are treated badly and snap suddenly. Cows can also have the "crazy gene" and just be all out nutty because they can.

Another major worry is diseases such as hoof-and-mouth and bovine encephalitis, which can harm humans who would not otherwise encounter these illnesses.

Some mammals will eat the leaves of the trees or suck their sap. Humans cut down trees and can pollute the forest.
