Yes, flooding in Corpus Christ, to Houston's Sky Scrapers Windows being blown out. I didn't hear it was in Corpus Christy.... It was in Galveston and it hit Houston good too.

Houston Hurricane was created in 1978.
Hurricane Katrina did not directly hit Houston, but the city did receive a large influx of evacuees following the storm. Houston played a significant role in providing shelter and resources to displaced individuals from New Orleans and other affected areas.
Many Many Many,the worst of them was probably the worst was Hurricane Ike of 2008, Hurricane Allison of 2001, or Hurricane Alicia of 1983. All of those caused BILLIONS of dollars in damage. Inland Texas is pretty safe though.
