The latitude of any given area affects that area's climate because it dictates the intensity and duration of sun exposure. As the Earth orbits the Sun it also wobbles slightly on its axis. At some times the Northern hemisphere is closer to the sun than the Southern Hemisphere and at some times it is further from it. When an area is closer to the sun the days are longer and the sun's rays are stronger. This heats the climate. This is the reason that places experience seasonal variation in temperature. Those locations close to the equator, however, exist in a nearly constant state of Summer because they always get relatively strong sunlight and have long days.

The first stage in the life cycle of a middle-latitude cyclone is the cyclogenesis stage, where a low-pressure system forms along a boundary between warm and cold air masses. This initial development sets the stage for further intensification and movement of the cyclone.

Insolation refers to the incoming solar radiation that heats the Earth's surface. In the water cycle, insolation plays a crucial role in driving evaporation of water from oceans, rivers, and lakes, which then condenses to form clouds and eventually falls back to the Earth's surface as precipitation.

The accountant was terminated immediately following his annual report. A perennial plant's life-cycle is very different from the life-cycle of an annual plant. How can we make this an annual event?
The water cycle has very little influence on the weather anywhere.

An annual plant typically lives for one year before completing its life cycle.

perennial
To determine if a plant is annual or perennial, you can observe its life cycle. Annual plants complete their life cycle in one year, while perennial plants live for multiple years. Look for signs such as whether the plant dies back in the winter and regrows in the spring (perennial) or if it completes its life cycle within one growing season (annual).
