It predicts of one metal will replace another metal in a compound.
The weight of zinc or copper can be determined by using a sensitive balance scale. In order to do this, the additional information needed would be the volume or dimensions of the metal piece to calculate its density, then multiply by the weight per unit volume for the specific metal. Alternatively, information on the mass and volume of the metal can also be used to determine its weight.
Fluorine is a nonmetal and is the first element in group seven of the periodic table which includes Chlorine, Bromine, Iodine and the Impossible to examine Astatine. Incidentally to give additional information Fluorine is one of the more dangerous elements as it is able to dissolve glass and an acid made from it hydrofluoric acid is considered extremely corrosive.
Yes it is. You can get a clue from the "-ium" ending, which means "metal," though this is not an infallible guide because helium is not a metal. What makes a metal is promiscuous electrons, which give that metallic sheen and cause the microwave to spark.
A metal and carbon combination can appear shiny and metallic, with a color that can range from silver to gray or black depending on the specific metal and carbon content. The presence of carbon can also give the material added strength and hardness.

It gives salt and H2.But metals below Cu in activity series do not give those.
Plot
We arrange metals into an ordered list with the best reducing agent at the top and the worst reducing agent at the bottom. This is an Activity Series for metals. Metals near the top of the list give up electrons most easily. Those metals near the bottom of the list give up electrons with difficulty. Hydrogen, even though it is not a metal, can be placed in the list. Metals above hydrogen in the Activity Series will react with 1.0 Molar hydrochloric acid at room temperature. The Activity Series for metals is developed by experiment.A list of metals arranged in order of reactivity~APEX
well my ring is a .60 and is stamped 60 so im assuming it means you have a .20 stoneAnother AnswerThe markings on the metal cannot be trusted to reflect any information about the stone mounted in it. Metal markings give information about the metal.
Do you mean metal (music) or metal (science)?

The activity series of metals lists the metals in order of reactivity, with the most reactive metals listed at the top, and the least reactive metals listed at the bottom. When determining the results of a single replacement (displacement) reaction, you compare the two metals according to their location on the list. If the elemental metal is higher on the list, it will replace the other metal in the compound. For example, Al + 3AgNO3 --> 3Ag + Al(NO3)3 occurs because the metal aluminum, Al, is higher than silver, Ag, on the metal reactivity list, and replaces the silver in the silver nitrate, AgNO3, to form elemental silver, Ag, and the compound aluminum nitrate, Al(NO3)3. The reverse reaction, 3Ag + Al(NO3)3 --> Al + 3Ag(NO3)3 will not occur, because the silver is lower on the list than aluminum, and cannot replace the aluminum in the aluminum nitrate, so the correct equation is Ag + Al(NO3)3 --> n.r. (which means "no reaction").
