28 degrees C = 28 degrees C

28 degrees F = 28 degrees F

If you wanted to what 28 degrees Celsius is IN Fahrenheit

(9/5 x C) + 32 = F so.... 9/5 x 28 = 50 2/5 +32 = 82.4 degrees F

I don't know why the U.S. still uses the Fahrenheit scale.... It has to be one of the dumbest temperature scales out there.
