There isn't such as thing as cirronimbus - nimbus implies it is already precipitating, while cirrus means a high cloud. You may be talking about cirrocumulus, which don't necessarily portend precipitation. Even if they do, it is impossible to determine whether it will be rain or snow or a mix without knowing future surface temperatures and vertical profiles.
