a Weather map. if merely a chart taken in one location ( not strictly speaking a Map- which implies something geographical, lilke a map of New Jersey)- it might be called a Barograph. This would give the barometic readings in chart form over a given period of time. The device uses a chart recorder for the time element. Maybe that is what you have in mind.
