What are the cause of housing.?

The greenhouse effect is caused when energy from the sun penetrates Earth's atmosphere. Some of the light bounces back and escapes, but the rest is trapped by particles in the air, and that is how Earth's temperature is regulated.

What level of the atmosphere bounces radio waves back to earth and protects us from radiation from the sun?

The Ionisphere bounces radio waves back to earth and regulates the amount of radiation that gets to the lower atmospheres. It all depends on the Sun's activity. The stratosphere is what actually protects us from the UV rays of the sun. The stratosphere creates the ozone layer to keep the UV rays out.

Light energy that is absorbed by Earth's surface is changed into what?

How can water in the atmosphere cycle back to the surface of the Earth?

Why do clouds lessen the amount of heat received by the earth?

Because the rays of the sun bounces off the clouds and back into space before reaching the surface of the Earth.

Does air pollution effect the earth's atmosphere?

Once it reaches the atmosphere, the rain will become acid rain and fall back down to the earth

What is the ideal radiation budget?

Radiation budget is Earth's atmosphere. The Earth's atmosphere has more solar energy than it radiates back to space.
