Evaporating rain usually occurs in very dry and/or hot areas such as deserts. The rain can be seen falling, but evaporates well before it ever touches the ground. This very common phenomenom is called "VIRGA".
due to attraction of the earths gravity the water will atrracted by it
Quickly evaporating rainwater causes most of the drought cycles
Sort of. Simply, rain is caused by water in the sea evaporating, forming clouds, and then clouds causing rain; this is called the water cycle. When there is heavy rainfall, it can cause flooding, which in turn destroys places, and can, in some cases, make the sea level rise slightly. So, rain is not directly affected with rising sea levels, but can have some affect on the overall level.
It takes water a while to filter down through the soil and roots to reach the saturated zone the speed depends on how peremble the ground is the watercycle then lowers and raises the watertable by adding water through rain or by evaporating water to remove some.

water evaporating quickly from earth's surface and condensing quickly forming rain droplets.
Clouds are created by the effects of the heat of the sun evaporating water. It is called the rain cycle. Certain conditions cause the clouds to produce precipitation, which is either rain, or in colder climates, snow.
A rain puddle will disappear due to sun and wind evaporating the water, provided it doesn't rain again during the night or next day.
Cold air and warm air coming together in a front, or water evaporating, condensing into clouds, and then the clouds fall down as rain.

It was created by natives of Latin America to hold rain water and keep it from evaporating. The earlist bottles were made of dried, hollowed gourds.
When water evaporates from the lakes and oceans it goes in the air and eventually forms clouds. When the clouds are full of water it rains and the cycle starts all over again from evaporating. Rain happens mostly in spring and summer do to the extreme heat.
You've got a big wet surface right next door that doesn't stop evaporating water.
Evaporating alcohol absorbs energy. The same is true of any substance that is evaporating.
