The bodies of water that make up the Turkish Straits are the Bosporus, the Sea of Marmara, and Dardanelles. They also separate the Asian and European parts of Turkey.
Turkey is split in two by three bodies of water. These bodies of water are Bosporus, the sea of Marmara, and the Dardanelles.
A strait is a narrow body of water that connects two larger bodies of water. The opposite (a narrow piece of land that connects two larger pieces of land) is called an isthmus.
The border between Europe and Asia is traditionally considered to run along the Ural Mountains, Ural River, Caspian Sea, Caucasus Mountains, and the Black Sea. However, some definitions place the border at the Bosphorus Strait and the Dardanelles Strait in Turkey.

If your ship is too big to pass through the Suez canal: Start the same way, but when you reach the Mediterranean, go through the strait of Gibraltar to the Atlantic ocean and south around Africa into the Indian Ocean.

To go from the Aegean Sea to the Black Sea, you would pass through the Dardanelles Strait and the Bosporus Strait. The Dardanelles connects the Aegean Sea to the Sea of Marmara, and the Bosporus connects the Sea of Marmara to the Black Sea.
