Well, a warm front already indicates that warm air has risen over a cold air mass. So when that warm air meets an area of cold dense air, this signifies another warm front will occur. At this area of convergence, a warm front will bring rainy/wet weather.
When a warm air mass moves into an area where a cold air mass is located, it can lead to the formation of a warm front. As the warm air rises over the cold air, it cools and condenses, resulting in clouds and potentially precipitation such as rain or snow. This process can also bring about changes in temperature, humidity, and wind direction in the affected area.
Seawater becomes more dense when the temperature decreases or when salinity increases. Cold water is denser than warm water, and water with higher salt content is denser than water with lower salt content.

Cold freshwater is generally denser than warm seawater. As water cools, it becomes denser until it reaches about 4°C; below this temperature, it begins to expand and lose density.
