Anywhere from 1/8 to 1/2 cup of TSP in 1/3 gallon of bleach and 2/3 water is a very effective cleaner.
Better to start out at 1/4 cup TSP, 1/3 gallon bleach, and 2/3 gallons water first.
Mix the 1/4 cup TSP in 2/3 gallons hot tap water first, stir really good, then add 2/3 gallon of fresh bleach, stir again, and go clean.
IF this solution is not strong enough, go to 1/2 cup TSP and !/2 gallon of bleach, to 1/2 gallon of water.
TSP is a really potent cleaner, but it can dull paint, and etch metal, if mixed too strong!
Better to try the weaker formula first, repeat cleaning a few times, if necessary.
Yes.
I think by Xylene and soap. Then using Industrial formulated spirit.
In soap making, sodium silicate provides buffered alkalinity that suspends soil, or stains and waste matter. It helps clean surfaces by emulsifying or counteracting soil.
When doing laundry, chlorine bleach is used for white clothing only. Non-chlorine bleach is used for other color-safe clothing. Chlorine bleach should always be diluted and never put directly on the clothing; it will weaken the fibers. Chlorine bleach can also be used in the home to sanitize and clean. Be sure to use only on color-safe, non-porous items, such as a toilet or bathtub. Wear gloves when using and always ventilate the room you are in. Also, avoid getting any on your clothes as even one drop will permenantly stain.

It is not recommended to use bleach to clean slate. Especially if you have colored grout because the bleach will cause discoloration.
You don't need to clean yourself with bleach. Soap and water is enough. Bleach is actually harmful to your skin.

Blech is a compound. It is sodium/potassium chlorate (NaClO3) or (KClO3). It is a crystalline solid. However, when purchased in shops it is dissolved in water. The strong clean smell is the chlorine being liberated. It is the chlorine that does the bleaching/whitening, and acts as a disinfectant.
