i am tired all the time and i am getting a scan for a swoolen tummy,my doc put me on 210mg ferrous fumarete why ?
Ferrous fumarate is an organic iron, which is absorbed better than ferrous sulphate, an in-organic iron. Ferrous sulphate may cause intestinal side effects, such as constipation, nausea, bloating...in many users, so it is produced in enteric-coated form, which may not absorbed as well as standard supplement. Ferrous fumarate is readily absorbed and less likely to cause intestinal side effects.
ferrous sulphate when it is heated it changes into red brown color
The Ferrous ion has a '2+' charge. Hence the formula for ferrous sulphate is FeSO4. NB The Ferric ion has a '3+' charge. Hence the formula for ferric sulphate is Fe2(SO4)3
Iron(ii)sulphate = FeSO4
no for ferrous sulphate is less reactive than silver nitrate
Ferrous Sulphate and Ferrous Fumerate are the two that come immediately to mind.
one is organic and the other is inorganic
The formula for ferrous sulphate is FeSO4.

Ferrous sulphate, or iron (II) sulphate has the formula FeSO4.
Ferrous Sulphate, also known as Iron (II) sulphate or green vitrol is green.
