If calcium, iron and magnesium compounds are dissolved in the water, the foaming capability will be greatly restricted.

--Temperature is also a factor. Hot water creates more foam than cold water.

Study the effect of addition of sodium carbonate on the foaming capicity of a soap?

The effect of sodium carbonate on soap can differ depending on the type of water used. Hard water could cause the soap to bubble more, while fresh water could cause the soap to not bubble at all.

Would you need to use sodium carbonate for the diazotization of m-nitroaniline?

You need to use sodium carbonate when you are attempting to diazotize a poorly soluble acid, such as sulfanilic acid. m-nitroaniline isn't acidic, so adding sodium carbonate would have no effect.

What is the effect of adding marble powder on durability of concrete?

Consider what marble powder is. It is basically calcite, which is an already common component of concrete. Adding more would be to increase the ratio of calcium carbonate to other plasticizing materials. In effect, it would make the concrete more stony and brittle.
