∙ 11y agocarbon is necessary for plants during day and humans can utilize it from making certain fertilizers and carbon black (soot) in carbon papers to cooling elenents in some factories using dry ice (solid carbon dioxide).It's also to some extent used in the manufacturing of colour pencils.
