This is called the melting point (symbol Tm).

The melting point is different for different elements, compounds, and materials. Some solids, wax for example, has a relatively low melting point, while the melting point of some alloys, such as steel, is very high. The melting point of ice is the freezing point of water, subject to the enthalpy of fusion (the heat of fusion).

This is called the freezing point, or crystallization point. Some substances may supercool as liquids, and may not crystallize at the freezing point. Energy must also be removed to change a liquid to a solid state, and this is referred to as the enthalpy of fusion.

The corresponding solid-to-liquid temperature is the melting point.

boiling point

The process in which a gas becomes liquid is called condensation, the temperature itself being called the 'condensing point'. Vaporization is the cooling process in which something of the liquid phase changes into the gas phase.

Melting point or freezing point (for water). They're the same.

It can also be called either point of solidification or in chemistry chemistry it is known as the heat of fusion.
