This depends upon what region of Arkansas. There is usually snow or ice at least once a year wherever you are in Arkansas. The northern region of Arkansas is a lot colder than the southern region. There can sometimes be up to a 15 degree temperature difference between Fort Smith and Fayetteville, Arkansas (they are only about 50 mins within driving range of each other).

NO they're not. cooler or colder. depending on where you live, it can be from 10 degrees cooler than the norm to 50 degrees cooler. or beyond that.
