To make a tundra biome in a shoebox, you will need supplies such as fake snow or cotton balls, small animal figurines like polar bears or penguins, small rocks or pebbles, dried moss or lichen for vegetation, and a shoebox to contain the scene. You can also consider adding a small water feature using blue paper or cellophane for a frozen lake or river.
The "frozen soil" is permafrost, or permanently frozen ground, this is from the Tundra biome. This is the coldest biome. The permafrost is HUGE!! AND yes I am a ninja to be answering this question so fast.
Ah, tundras are fascinating places, friend. They're vast, treeless landscapes found in cold regions, with short growing seasons and permanently frozen soil called permafrost. Despite the harsh conditions, tundras are home to unique plants like mosses, lichens, and low shrubs, as well as animals like caribou, Arctic foxes, and snowy owls. Remember, even in the toughest environments, nature finds a way to thrive.
The air in the tundra can feel cold, dry, and crisp due to the low temperatures and low humidity levels. It is often windy, which can make it feel even colder on the skin.
The desert biome would be the most hostile for animals displaced from a tropical rainforest. The lack of water, extreme temperatures, and scarce vegetation would make it challenging for these animals to survive.
The desert biome has extreme temperature fluctuations between day and night and receives very little rainfall. These harsh conditions make deserts one of the most challenging environments for life to thrive.
moss and fungi
i can make a shoebox house a shoebox alarm etc
Tundra
Tundra
The biome that has no trees is the tundra. The harsh weather conditions and cold temperatures in the tundra make it difficult for trees to grow, leading to a landscape dominated by low-lying vegetation, such as mosses, lichens, and grasses.
In the tundra biome, you would typically find stunted shrubs, mosses, lichens, and grasses rather than trees. The harsh and cold conditions of the tundra make it difficult for trees to grow and thrive.
You cant make it snow or rain. For snow you must be in a Tundra biome (the ones that are coverd in snow and have spruce trees) any time its raining, go over to that biome and it will be snowing!

Out of a shoebox
It looks just like what is shown in the related links. I melted glue sticks in a pot and poured it into the bottom of the box to make the ice water and then glued fake moss for the ice algae. I used my sons toys for the animals and craft paint for the snow and soil. The glaciers are made with regular paper.
you cant
