There are two names I think...One is "Deposition"and the other is "sublimation
I think the term you are looking for is condensation, this is pretty much the opposite of evaporation and is what you see when you see drops on windows
A change of phase, from solid to liquid, or liquid to gas, or gas to liquid, etc., is also sometimes called a change of state.
The name given to the temperature at which a gas turns into a liquid is the "condensation point" or "boiling point," depending on whether the transformation is from gas to liquid due to cooling or heating, respectively.
When a gas changes into a liquid, it undergoes condensation. This process occurs when the gas loses energy (usually in the form of heat) and its particles slow down and come together to form a liquid. The opposite process, when a liquid changes into a gas, is called vaporization.
Water changes from a liquid to gas when boiled. (boiling point = 110 Celsius)
A liquid changing to a gas is known as vaporization.
Deposition is when a gas changes directly into a solid.
Vaporization is the term for changing a liquid into a gas. This is usually done by heating the liquid, which is why boiling water vaporizes into steam.
The process of a gas changing into a liquid is called condensation. The process of changing a solid into a gas is called sublimation.
