Hurricane Charley is a small hurricane that started of the heel of a huge tropical typhoon called "Bonnie". Its path consisted of Jamaica, killing one person, Cuba, killing four people, the Captiva Islands, (but not really doing much) and finally Florida costing 40 million dollars. It is the 5th most expensive storm to ever hit America.
