The area with the most storms in the world is the Western Pacific Ocean, specifically the region known as Typhoon Alley. This area experiences a high frequency of tropical cyclones and typhoons each year due to warm water temperatures and favorable atmospheric conditions. The Philippines, Japan, and China are commonly affected by these storms.

Honestly, there is no EXACT number, but scientists and the weather say about Maybe 100-1,000 severe/bad storms, but in general, as if you were asking how many normal winter storms, probably any where between 2,000-50,000 around the world! I know this sounds way inaccurate, but this is true. Think about it, we're talking about the WHOLE World! Hope I helped!
