Look or ask for it in the local pharmacy or drugstore.
However, hydrogen peroxide will spoil the food so it is rather strange to call it 'food grade'.
(If you want to use it otherwise, be carefull not to obstruct legal notices. A good lawyer is much more expensive then you probably want to spent for it).
It can be used as sterilant to sterilize clean and empty food containers, but it has to be 'rinced out' with some steam before the container is (heat-) filled with the food stuff or whatever.
At least I'm not familiar with the Colorado stores, but much better in chemical and food regulations, so I hope this helps somewhat.
