== == Natural gas is the cleanest. It produces the least amount of carbon dioxide per unit of energy released than the other fossil fuels like coal and oil.
To get the same amount of heat, natural gas produces 30% less CO2 than burning oil, and about 45% less than burning coal.
Generally, natural gas. Per Wikipedia: Natural gas is often described as the cleanest fossil fuel, producing less carbon dioxide per joule delivered than either coal or oil.[10] However, in absolute terms it does contribute substantially to global emissions, and this contribution is projected to grow. See related link.
Burning natural gas releases less carbon dioxide than burning oil. Burning coal releases the most.
Natural gas is considered the most efficient and least polluting. Though it does pollute.
hydrogen
Natural gas
Hydrogen least pollution Methane lowest carbon footprint of any fossil fuel Nuclear no carbon and used more than any other
Oil is the least used.
gold
yes
Natural gas
coal
Natural gas. Of the three non-renewable fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas), natural gas (methane) produces the least carbon dioxide and other pollution.
Natural gas releases less carbon dioxide pollution when burnt than either coal or oil.
Anthracite
Yes, natural gas, which is mostly methane, is a fossil fuel. It is made from dead animals and plants which were compressed and heated under the ground hundreds of millions of years ago.
The least expensive energy source causes too much pollution
Hydrogen least pollution Methane lowest carbon footprint of any fossil fuel Nuclear no carbon and used more than any other
Oil is the least used.
A plant
Of the three organisms it is the snails that has the least chance of becoming a fossil since it has no skeleton.
To make electricity we need to burn fossil fuels (e.g coal). Doing this creates carbon emissions which do a whole load of bad things (global warming, climate change). These days people are trying to use renewable resources (wind power, solar power) so we don't give off the bad carbon emissions.
