I think that earth would win, (I assume you're talking about bending elements like in the show Avatar the Last Airbender) because earth elementalists could just crush whoever was bending water. Also you can swim in water, you can't swim in earth.
It is more correct to say that water is on the earth. Though the surface of the earth is mostly covererd with water, the operative word is "covered." The water covers most of the earth's surface, so the water could be said to be sitting on the earth. Which it is.
73% of the Earth is water, which is about 3/4.
Approximately 71% of the Earth's surface is covered by water.
Earth does not produce water. The water currently on Earth is believed to have been here since shortly after Earth formed. Water on Earth goes through cycles between the atmosphere, the oceans, and glaciers.. Some water vapor is released by volcanoes, but this is balanced by water carried into the mantle at subduction zones.
Depends on what earth is. If earth is referring to plants that earth beats water. However if earth is referring to minerals it could be either way as either water erodes earth or earth pollutes water.
