The tropical rainforests are so heavily populated because there is many different kinds of vegetation (plants) attracting herbivores, which attract other consumers. Also tropical rainforest's contain many bugs which attract different bug eating birds, therefor attracting others. It's one big food chain, or food web.

The richest of all biomes?

The tropical rainforest biome is often considered one of the most diverse and richest biomes in terms of species richness and biological productivity. It is home to a vast array of plant and animal species, many of which are not found anywhere else on the planet. The high levels of rainfall, warmth, and abundant sunlight in tropical rainforests provide the perfect conditions for life to thrive, leading to the immense richness of this biome.

What are 3 resource from tropical rainforest?

Tropical rainforests by themselves are a natural resource for us. Rainforests are home to two-thirds of all the living animal and plant species on the planet. Rainforests are also often called the "Earth's lungs". Coffee, chocolate, bananas, mangoes, papayas, avocados, and sugar cane all originally came from tropical rainforests, and are still mostly grown on plantations in regions that were formerly primary forest. Much of the genetic variation used in evading the damage caused by new pests is still derived from resistant wild stock. Tropical forests have supplied 250 cultivated kinds of fruit, compared to only 20 for temperate forests. Forests in New Guinea alone contain 251 tree species with edible fruits, of which only 43 had been established so far. They are also called "the world's largest pharmacy" because of the large amount of natural "medicines" discovered there. It is estimated that more than two-thirds of the world's species of plants and animals are found in the rainforest. So it is more than just timber that we get from these forests. We also get wood and oil from the rainforests, and sadly this leads to deforestation and loss of natural flora and fauna.

What systems has the highest level of species richness and endemic species?

Tropical rainforests have the highest level of species richness and endemic species. These ecosystems support a wide variety of plants and animals due to their warm climate, ample rainfall, and diverse range of habitats. Many species found in tropical rainforests are endemic, meaning they are found nowhere else in the world.

Which forest would have more diversity of wildlife?

Tropical rainforests typically have more diversity of wildlife compared to temperate forests. The warm, humid climate and abundant vegetation in tropical rainforests support a wide variety of species, including numerous plants, mammals, birds, reptiles, and insects. In contrast, temperate forests, while still diverse, do not support as many species due to their seasonal climate and different ecological conditions. Consequently, tropical rainforests are often considered the most biodiverse ecosystems on the planet.
