Earth has an atmosphere due to its gravity and magnetosphere. Other planets do have atmospheres (Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, etc.) and even some moons have been shown to have them. Some planets lose their atmospheres or don't have them at all due to either their small size preventing them from holding onto the gases required to form an atmosphere, or their lack of geological activity (a molten core like earth possesses) meaning there is no magnetosphere (a magnetic field surrounding the planet that redirects particles from the sun around the planet) which causes the atmosphere to be eroded away over time by solar wind (a constant stream of charged particles emitted by the sun) and lost into space. Our magnetosphere and the interaction with particles from the sun and those in the upper atmosphere are the cause of the Aurora Borealis.
This is a very basic explanation, for more information on the topic look to wikipedia.
i dont know lol
The area of earth science that deals with the blanket of air surrounding earth is atmospheric science or meteorology. It focuses on studying the atmosphere's composition, structure, and dynamics, including weather patterns and climate.
Yes, the lithosphere is part of the Earth's larger system, interacting with other components such as the atmosphere, hydrosphere, and biosphere. It plays a crucial role in shaping Earth's surface through processes like plate tectonics, erosion, and volcanic activity.
Life wouldn't be possible on Earth without the atmosphere because it provides essential components such as oxygen and carbon dioxide for respiration, regulates the planet's temperature, and shields life forms from harmful solar radiation. Additionally, the atmosphere plays a crucial role in the water cycle, which is essential for all living organisms on Earth.
Earth's atmosphere is mostly made up of nitrogen, which makes up 79 percent. The atmosphere contains 20 percent oxygen and 1 percent other gases.
DONT KNOW CAN YOU Answer it
i dont know lol
i dont know ahaha
i dont know you have no clue
They dont they just make the earth hotter
I dont know an if you search for this hard s.... its something wrong with you
Oxygen makes up 21% of the Earths atmosphere.

Yes animal cells do have a whereas but plant cells dont.
The mesosphere is the layer of Earth's atmosphere that is too high for airplanes but too low for satellites to orbit. It is also the coldest layer of the atmosphere, with temperatures dropping as low as -130 degrees Fahrenheit. The mesosphere is where most meteoroids burn up upon entering Earth's atmosphere.
