The reason why England is not getting smaller is because England is based upon many rocks beneath it. Because of this, waves seem not to exceed these rocks. Unlike Bangladesh, England is not a flat land. It is based upon many rocks (as i mentioned before). This is probably why England doesn't get smaller.
