Air pollution directly effects your immune system. The pollutants get in your skin, blood stream, digestive system and everywhere else. Your body is naturally capable of sorting out the pollution on its own with a healthy diet but it has to work much harder to maintain stability, not to mention the amount of vitamin C you need to produce healthy chemicals for logical thought processes under stress; Air pollution is considered a stress, in psychology, for this reason.

The oxides of sulfur and nitrogen causes breathing problems and increases vulnerability of respiratory infections. they also triggers Asthma attacks .

Pollution is bad for us because when we let off waste and stuff it goes off into the atmosphere and clogs it up basically. This makes the planet heat up because it has like a blanket over it and this is called Global Warming. Then we get lots of ice melting so sea levels rise and polar bears become endagered. Who will save those cute little polar bears?? :(
