At molecular level I can say that only faster molecules of water can escape due to the effects of force of surface tension. Hence the average velocity of molecules inside the leaf goes down hence temperature which is a measure of average velocity drops or does not rise due to higher outside temperature.
24.2 degees C is the higher temperature. 3.5 degrees C (Celsius) is 3.5 degrees above freezing. 24.2 degrees C (Celsius) is 24.2 degrees above freezing.
It's a little higher than the average temperature which is 36.8 degrees, but 37.9 just means you have a slight fever and your body temperature is just a little higher than normal, if you done some hard core excercise a while ago it may affect the temperature as well. It's nothing to worry about though, I suggest you take some Vitamin C pills or some fever reducing medicene to get back to the normal temperature!
It will evaporate at any temperature, as long as the humidity is less than 100%. It does evaporate much faster at higher temperatures though. Technically the boiling point of pure water is 100 degrees C, so that is the temperature at which it becomes gas.
60 degrees or above

When the temperature is only slightly higher than 37 it is normal. But obviously higher means there is fever.
Country that there temperature is above zero degrees
No. Plants may suffer frost damage when the official air temperature is a few degrees above freezing because the meterologists' readings of air temperature are taken at a height of 5 feet above the ground. The temperature a few feet higher or lower may be a couple of degrees more or less, but it would be an extraordinary event to have a difference of 19 degrees in a few degrees of altitude.
At day we have 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit) and at night we have 10 degrees Celsius (50 degrees Fahrenheit). The temperature difference between day and night is 10 degrees Celsius or 18 degrees Fahrenheit.
If the body is unable to maintain a normal temperature and it increases significantly above normal, a condition known as hyperthermia occurs.
41° Celsius = 106o Fahrenheit Which is rather warm. though not an unknown daytime temperature. This is much higher than normal human body temperature (about 37°C). 41° Fahrenheit is a bit cool, within the temperature range for spring and autumn, and winters in subtropical areas.

For European or temperate-type cattle, any temperature that is below 30oC and above -25oC is ideal, not including any adverse weather conditions that could make it more miserable for the animals. For Tropical-type cattle, any temperature that is below 50oC and above -10oC is considered ideal.
YES!!! Providing the gas pressure above the water is sufficianelty higher than atmospheric pressure.
75 degrees' and above
While it is true that as you go higher above sea level, the temperature drops, you can't say that at a certain height it is always going to be -15 degrees celcius. Just as temperatures fluctuate at sea level, they fluctuate at higher heights as well.
