no its not cheaper its more expensive here is why
lets say you drove your America license plated car to china. while there you decide your cars a piece of junk and you sell it... your license gets removed you can now put it on your new car! but in order for that to work you have to have the plate papers which you usually don't keep or bring with you on vacation
alright we will buy a new license plate... yours was about to expire anyway OK you go to the shop "crap" my license plate will say china and im from America....alright so you but the plate for...lets say 19.98$(not real price)
then you buy a spark for 1200$(not real price) then your going back to America...you load your car and drive away! when you get there you go and buy American plates for 20$(not real price) total you've spent 1239.98$
when if you waited till you were home to buy the car and plates....lets say this American spark is 1200.98$(more then in china(not really)) and plates are 20$ you would of spent 1220.98$ that's 19$ less!
